What to expect
Channel 4's Derry Girls put this city on screens around the world, turning a 1990s schoolgirl comedy into a love letter to Derry. This walk follows Erin, Orla, Clare, Michelle and the wee English fella from the famous mural into the real streets the show grew from.
It's light, it's funny and it's full of local colour, but there's real Derry underneath it too, from the Troubles backdrop to the peace the girls grew up into. And yes, there are sweet treats along the way.
